Lymm Skateparks recent fundraising event was a huge success!

Wow! our recent fundraising event on Friday 3rd March was a huge success, with over 120 tickets sold and an incredible sense of community spirit in the air.

Attendees were treated to incredible performances from TicNoToc, Vicky Williams and her rollerskates, MYRIA, Shingo, DJ Zeph, and DJ Deavall. Each artist brought their unique style and talent to the stage. The crowd was singing, dancing, and having a great time all night.

What really made this event special, however, was the overwhelming sense of community support and positivity. From local schools to skate camp coaches to Lymm Round Table, everyone came together to support the cause and help make a difference in their community.

One notable supporter was the Lymm Parish Council, who made a massive donation of £22,500 towards the skatepark upgrade. This donation brought the total amount raised to an incredible £30,000.

Organisers Iain Gurney and Lee Deavall were thrilled with the event's success, and expressed their gratitude to everyone who helped make it happen. "We couldn't have done this without the support of our community," said Gurney. "It's amazing to see everyone come together like this to make a difference in our town."

The event was such a success that tickets sold out completely, with many people unable to attend. But organisers promise that more exciting events are in the works, and are encouraging everyone to stay tuned for updates.

Overall, the Lymm fundraising event was a true testament to the power of community support and positivity. By coming together to support a common cause, everyone involved was able to make a difference in their town and create a truly unforgettable night of entertainment.
